Refund policy

Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of our products returns/exchanges are not accepted so please read descriptions & size charts carefully. But if something isn't right with your order please reach out to us as your satisfaction is very important! Incorrect, damaged or defective merchandise is of course eligible for a replacement. To be eligible for replacement please email us within 10 days of receiving your order with photographs of the product. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted within one hour of placing the order. In order to get items out to you as quickly as possible production has typically started after one hour and orders cannot be cancelled or changed after that point.
